Dalhousie:
Dalhousie is a popular tourist spot in the District Chamba, Himanchal Pradesh, establish in 1854 in the name of British viceroy Lord Dalhousie for summer retreat for its troops and bureaucrats. It is situated between 6,000 and 9,000 feet above sea level. Tourist season is form May to November. You can experience low temperature even in the day time throughout the year. You can visit Gandhi Chowk, Diankund, Bakrota Hills Dalhousie Cantonment, and Sadar Bazar, Tibetan Market and churches etc. A scenery has been created by nature with the oak, pine and deodar forests around the town and offer excellent views of the Chenab, the Ravi and the Beas valleys.
Khajjiar: This popular hill station is 27 Km away form the Dalhousie, falls in the Chamba district of Himachal Predesh. It is also called the mini switzerland of Himachal predesh. It situated at the approximate height of 6500 Ft above sea level full of greenery. Khajjiar is really beautiful place, we must visit on trip to Dalhousie. Kalatop forest is just few KM away from the Khajjiyar
