Chakrata, one more beautiful destination, is situated at altitude of 2118 meters above sea level and it is 73 km away from Musoorie & 92 km apart from the capital city Dehradun.  Your one visit here will be memorable to you for your lifetime as this place is the eternal home of natural beauty.  Rhododendrons, Oaks and Virgin Forests of confiners are best suited for long walks.  This is the place where you can enjoy skiing between the months of November to April.  Many places can be visited in and around Chakrata and some of the famous places are Mundoli, Tiger Fall, Moigad Fall, Hanol, Kanasar and Devban.
